Top of the Hub - Boston
D took me to a fancy lunch overlooking boston this past week. The prudential, the 2nd tallest building in Boston has spectacular views from the restaurant at the top...so here we are again, food and us. :) He was so sweet then to be my partner in crime as I went to find some new clothes to fit my bursting belly. love him!

Vacation to CA...much needed!!
When we arrived Megs had made as a awesome CAKE....
So we then celebrated our arrival and start of vacation in style ... see D belowThen we got to play with the most squishy and fun bundle of joy over several fun filled days....I could only hope I get a kid this well behaved.....my luck, it's probably not going to happen
Then D and I headed to play some Monster Mini Golf...which turned out to be quite a treat with black lighting in all. D won, I settled for second, this time.
We were "lucky" or volunteered by grat to watch his dog, (um we don't do dogs)... here's the 2nd mess he left for grat or better yet bevs husband to later clean up. The first episode occurred in my mom's small bathroom (we felt bad for the dog barking outside and locked it in the bathroom). Grat informed us, it's trained to pee/poo on pads. So we left a towel, HA! Grat was oh so wrong -- outside that dog went and this was his next creation.
We went to Valencia to visit D's dad. If only I could stay awake...I think I passed out for two hours from exhaustion. Oh yea, this was a special treat also, b/c I was lucky enough to vomit on the way to/from valencia....ooooOOOoooo fun! who says ppl stop yacking in the 2nd trimester??
We found out my niece, C-lee(3yrs) was scared of "MONSTERS" when she wouldn't go into the basement and yelled "monsters!!" I thought this fabric I found at jo-anns fabric would make the best pillow case or pj-pant for her, help her get over her fear....dunno what do you think?
AHhhhh precious....he already has the 'baby go to sleep' skills. This was too precious to not capture.
Then D and I ventured for our BABYMOON/ANNIVERSARY VACATION to SDee. We went to a fabulous restuarant C-level. It's on the harbor, and so so so good. Completely recommend this!!
Oh and the JOY of CA....I don't think I found a bathroom without these in each stall. Californians don't take this for granted!
Delicious food from C-level....burgers...MMMmmmmm (not fatty, but instead, great source of iron for my preggo belly) :)
Whale watching extravaganza with Jwillia herself! We are so lucky to have a great friend like her. She ventured with us to see dolphins, whales, and other marine life. Man we miss her already!
here's my new way of carrying extra snacks...hey it worked.
Ahhh great friends!
HUBBY!.... PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE MAN BEHIND US....CLASSIC SHOT!!!
Just the three of us..all aboard and shipping out
D and the SD Skyline
Cool carrier type ship
Bye bye SD...we're going to see whales......we hope!
ok, the wind was freezing, not going to lie...but we're still smiling!
cozying up :)
Holy SMOKES....a WHaLE! Finally is what I was saying. I had to take two of my antinausea pills on the way out to keep myself from hurling over the side. It was worth it :)
It got colder as we headed in, the sunshiny deck quickly was vacant...and left us with this peaceful view
Playing with some whale baleen filter stuff (it helps to catch all their food, no teeth just this -- and it's made of keratin -- like our finger nails! )
We totally saw a whale tale and got buttons to prove it :)
Our ship that brought us back to safety and dry land
We stayed at this hoity-toite as JW would call it, resort place in Mission bay. It was cozy!
Look at this great view....sigh...........
Cuteness!
Odd face, sorry, totally trying to get the sign in the background which says: QUEEN MARY. We were able to tour it as we waited for our flight with my parents as our tour guides, mom made for quite the driving adventure :)
Another reason to love Jetblue. Free snacks, Free leg room, and now, Free snooze kits on red eyes. I heart them. wish they weren't so dang expensive all the time :)
And then we made our way.....back to beantown.....
