I went to a pathophysiology class a few years back and the teacher talked about a fetus as a parasite, I gasped, but thought it was kind of funny, so I looked up the true definition :)
Yep... We're having a BABY! WHOA! Holy Moly! How the.. LOL.
This might explain:
1. as one co-worker put it my "immunosuppression" over last few months, being sick for 10+ days
2. my ghostly white anemic appearance
3. running to the bathroom to fight the toilet in a vomit vs don't vomit war -TOILET has won
4. my complete exhaustion, sleeping sometimes two days straight (and I just told ppl I work too much lol)
5. my newest friend: zofran pills for anti-nausea
6. the fact that I LOVE pickles and want them almost everyday
7. um, that when I need to pee, I NEED to pee
8. that I cried during the tv show biggest loser....so not me...
9. why I am constantly hungry
10. why my husband is having a hard time keeping up with my emotions and mood swings
11. my being aloof about all symptoms
12. my belly sticking way too far out and I can't suck it in - thank heavens for baggy shirts (i heart them)
13. D and my excitement for a heartbeat after a miscarriage last summer
14. why I had D miss part of the symphony a month ago, because I told him I needed to eat..or vomit (love him for his sacrifice)
15. why I am constantly hungry....did I mention that already...because, I really am!
16. why this summer might be a little more interesting than our usual
